Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you or are delivered not all or those goods that have been ordered, please contact us. By post medus@tadobites.lt

According to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania 6.228, the following quality goods shall not be changed or returned:

Perishable goods or goods with short shelf life; Packaged goods that were unpacked after delivery and which are inappropriate for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Inappropriate quality of non-perishable goods or quality goods, which do not like the form, size, color, model or complexity, are changed or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the fast-perishable goods delivered, and such goods are considered to be food and beverages with a short shelf life, including those products that must be kept in the refrigerator according to the temperature cut set by the manufacturer, you must contact us no later than 72 hours after delivery. When applying for poor product quality, it is mandatory to provide a picture of a poor quality product.

If you apply at a later date and/or do not provide a product photo, we do not undertake to address the complaint in favor of the buyer.

Returned or exchanged quality goods must be pristine, have not lost the appearance of the goods (unselected and intact labels, unscathed protective films, etc.), consumer properties and cannot be used. The product must be returned in the original package, the same kit as the buyer received, necessarily providing the purchase document and other affiliates of the product. If the product is not fully packaged, damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, we have the right not to accept the goods, not to change them and not to refund the money paid by the buyer.

Money for returned, undelivered or poor quality goods to your bank account, from which you paid for purchases, will be transferred no later than 5 working days after the complaint has been filed.
